The trick would be to find a weak year for the Sox and stack up the 1-10 against the current 11-20. I think you have to go further back than the history of Soxprospects. Try 92 and 93 here, where only Aaron Sele, Scott Hatteberg and Scott Cooper stand out:

1. A number eight pic who is a huge upside lefty starter vs Lars and Kelly?
2. A hard throwing lefty with some success in a key role down the stretch with a championship club vs Bowden or Reddick?
3. A rare defensive Gem behind the dish with an emerging hit tool vs Reddick, bard, and Kalish?
4. Bard/ Kelly vs an outfield prospect as smooth and fluid as Ellsbury?
5. Tazawa Anderson vs a high upside young emerging starter?
6. Hagadone Reddick tazawa vs a power corner outfield with a cannon?
7. Kelly hagadone and Reddick vs the second best defensive ss in memory with a hit tool potential?
8. Almanzar Kalish rizzo vs a high upside starter?
9. Pimental v Rijo?
10. Kalish rizzo expo vs a high floor hit tool blah blah?
This honestly wouldn't be a group this audience couldn't be optimistic about?
I was havin fun with this and I realize much of this is a stretch but you all know the major names unnamed in this exercise that could leap into the top ten as well.
