DeCarr a good pick for the MFYs. I read somewhere that a number of teams tried to sign him as an undrafted free agent after last years draft with their available bonus pool money.

I wonder why Retts dropped so far.. Is their signabilty issues? I assume you mean Reetz, and yes there is a potential signability issue.

Through 100 picks and 83 of the Baseball America Top 100 selected. Nice Job by them. Sox need to take BPA can't wait on signability guys anymore.

Jarrod's brother. He's a hard throwing (93-96) JC guy with a potential plus curveball. Probably the top JC guy in the draft. Fairly new to pitching, will need to develop a third pitch and some pitchability.

I love the pick! I feel like this is their best draft since 2011.

Red Sox pick Stankiewicz out of Semonile State JC last year. They know the school well. Like them going after power arms this year. Probably very signable for slot $ too.

Solid choice. So far so good. Sawdeye doing some things that I didn't expect this year. Awesome mix of power and power fastballs.

I like the pick. Relatively short track record as a pitcher, so there is some upside there. Good arm that can dial it up to 98 mph. And like amfox said, he's already shown the plus curve. He has the type of stuff and track record where it wouldn't be a surprise to see him develop an above average third pitch (likely the changeup).
