Amazed this is the first comment ... everyone at Hatfield's wedding?
Anyway, PawSox with the stirring come-from-behind victory, seizing the day with four runs in the 7th and 8th, including two runs on wild pitches and one on an error. Barnes with a solid-but-unspectacular outing (5IP, 6H, 2ER, 0BB, 3K).

Barnes gave up 2 runs over 5ip on 6 hits, including a HR. No walks, 3K and a 7/3 GB/FB ratio. The start to his season has been meh. Coyle the only batter to reach safely twice, as the Red Wings made 3 errors, allowing 2 unearned runs and 2 earned. ADD: Spruill vultured the win on a walk, a run and 2 hits in just one inning. Definitely the first guy I'd toss off the 40-man if needed though his season ERA is 1.35 Layne pitched well in the closer's role.
Portland lost 5-1 and the other two games were postponed.
