3 out of 3!
(Last time that came true for two thirds, so I'll keep trying)

Cologne, keep trying. I am thinking (imagining) sweep. Why not. Pitching + Hitting + Defence + a little bit of luck have actually started to happen, so, this series really could br foundational to dictating roster and deadline moves. Keep trying.

Don't let us win tonight "If we beat them tonight, we sweep the remaining games.....don't count us out....don't count us out...Don't let us win tonight....just don't let us win, you hear me? don't let us win......We have Pedey tomorrow, Schill in game 6, and after that, all bets off...." ....Kevin Millar, October 2004 before Sox delivered the crushing blow in the ALCS against you know who.....

Welcome to the site Proud, and I appreciate the clarification. I just don't have the memory for some of these quotes, etc.

Ditto. Time to make a run. I'm sick of single digit draft picks, bad luck, and negative run differentials.

Good chance tonight gets PPD no? Looks pretty likely. Finally some good luck is being bestowed on the Red Sox; now just a matter of sticking to the plan of skipping Joe Kelly as opposed to pushing everyone back a day. If they can get a rainout every five days I like their chances of making the playoffs.

@alexspeier Rusney Castillo is packing in the Red Sox clubhouse; presumably, getting sent to minors.
I think it's about time (not past time, just about time.) Could also be that they need a spot for a backup catcher for a few days.

Masterson reactivated, Wright down. Let's go for the trifecta - Mookie demoted, Craig up?

Castillo has to sit for De Aza and now has to go to AAA for Masterson? Man, if you are a Red Sox rookie you better know that if you don't come out of the gate swinging like an All Star you ARE going to get jerked around by this Manager in favor of some over the hill veteran non performer.
Thought maybe they would learn from the Stephen Drew/Bogey fiasco from last year but i guess not.

He's going down for Katz, cause they need a third catcher cause our third starter of the season is hurt. And he's playing under De Aza, cause as several people taught me the other day, he's actually half decent. And he's got a recent track record that Castillo just doesn't have at any level. And despite the grumbling about saving depth, Victorino actually has played out of his mind (pretty high on the Sox' WAR list even in limited time) when he's not been injured. This is the right move for the next couple of days.
