Already into the bullpen in the 3rd inning of game 1, awesome.

Ahhh literally needed anything but a GIDP there by Bradley. Nice to be up 4-0 but really should be more.

It's getting to the point where Porcello should start every game one and any big game, not necessarily because he is their best pitcher although he's done very well, but because the offense just seems to light it up when he's on the bump.

Absolutely typical Red Sox...should be up 8, only up 4 and then their pitcher gives up the lead immediately.

This is totally unexpected....how do things change so quickly? A lot of pitches, that Saunders at bat was a tough one. Let get out of the inning with a lead.

Nothing hit hard at all, so frustrating (not like we were crushing the ball either)

They need to get their it together. They were lucky to get the runs on the sloppy Jays plays and can't afford to give runs back.

Could've been worse. I'll consider it a victory.

Give up 2 runs to the scrubs in Toronto's order then get three outs from Donaldson and Encarnacion.
Literally the Red Sox summed up in the nutshell right there.

I know the game day thread is for venting, but bitching about Rick Porcello's first notawesome start in months is a bad look.

Seriously, no clue what Bogaerts is doing....seriously can we give him like a week off?

Absolutely typical Red Sox...should be up 8, only up 4 and then their pitcher gives up the lead immediately. Like, let's get some context on this one specific post. They didn't give up the lead, they gave up two runs. On Porcello's 29th walk of the season, and three singles.

I know the game day thread is for venting, but bitching about Rick Porcello's first notawesome start in months is a bad look. Seconded. IIRC, Porcello seems to have a bad inning in most starts. I think this is a good start so far and I fully expect him to give us 6 or 7 good innings.

Haha, I can't watch the game right now... Saw people talking about giving up the lead, check the score and it's 5-2.
A few of you guys need to calm down.
