Hopefully the offense can do something better than they did last time Eduardo pitched. Cause were gonna need it.

Looks like two different strike zones so far for Happ and ERod.

Looks like two different strike zones so far for Happ and ERod. Well that and the fact that Hanigan is terrible back there.

Hes out. and that is bullspit baserunning. No reason to do it. have to challenge. Erod doesn't look good.

Gotta love the announcers complaining about managers wanting to get the call correct. The horror.

Starting Hanigan is a classic Farrell move. Sure lets pair the awful catcher with ERod in one of the most important games of the year instead of our primary catcher he's developed great chemistry with, who also happens to be Venezuelan.

I knew it would be too good to be true. Erod shutting down the Blue Jays on national TV in a huge swing game in terms of the standings its just not likely, the BLue Jays are too good to lose five in a row. Especially at home and with their version of Rick Porcello on the mound.

He just is having to throw a lot of pitches to get outs. Let's wait until the end of the game to see what happens.

Sigh...another one of those games. Offensive explosion one day, and a dud the next.

Hanigan looked like he was about five seconds late on that swing.

Sigh...another one of those games. Offensive explosion one day, and a dud the next. Honest to god late in yesterdays game I meant to come on here to predict they'd lose something like 3-2 for exactly the same reason you stated

This is an impressive start from ERod. He is not at his best, and really struggled falling behind early, but he gutted out a solid start. I don't want to make assumptions about what goes on in players' heads, but I love seeing guys hang in on days when things aren't going as they might.
