Tillman vs. Stroman tomorrow as the warm-up for Bumgarner vs. Syndergaard on Wednesday.
I don't believe the Rangers have set their rotation yet, right? Would be one of Darvish or Hamels on Thursday followed by the other, then Colby Lewis. Martin Perez or the Game 1 starter in Game 4.

Can't imagine the Giants - Mets game as anything but a pitching duel, and a good one. Neither team has exactly lit it up offensively, though the Giants have the edge. They're fighting to challenge the mighty Cubs and if it's the Mets, I have no doubt Chicago will welcome the opportunity.

IMO the Giants would at least give the Cubs an honest series. If they get to the DS, looks like they're going Cueto, Moore, Madbum to start.

Toronto home playoff games are pretty awesome. Love this atmosphere.

I agree, with all of Canada rooting for the Blue Jays the atmosphere has been enjoyable to see. Watching the Jays fan turnout in Seattle was overpowering. Now i hope they go home for the winter asap.

I was at last year's Bautista bat flip game, and the environment was incredible. The fans are super passionate when the Jays are on top. They can be whiny when things don't go their way - not that we don't have that tendency as well - and they tend to disappear when they aren't in the race, but playoff baseball in Toronto is pretty cool.

I don't know where to put it, but watching this game I realized that there's absolutely no reason why Jeff Banister shouldn't win Manager of the Year again and anyone other than him winning would be even kind of absurd. Will he be the first AL manager to win it 2 years in a row?
I find it amazing for whatever reason that Banister had one AB in the majors as a PH and he got a hit in it, against a team coached by the only guy that won 2 MOTY awards in a row. That's too good a coincidence to pass, I THINK I NEED TO WARN THE VOTERS!

That's dumb and not a great look, but in reality that would be the case at any team's stadium. It's an insane number of energetic and/or drunk people.

Not all Jays fans are a**holes, sure, but a lot of them on the game tonight are and that whole incident was pretty awful. I specifically hope this one isn't true.

Buck lovers: Not bringing in Britton just lost them their season. What a ridiculous decision.

Excited for people to still think Buck Showalter is a good manager.

Terrible AB by Bautista. But why isn't Britton in this game? I almost hope the Orioles lose this one just to hear whatever weird explanation Buck might have for this one.

What a disastrous management of the bullpen. Sure, it worked. But come on, you literally just said let's try to use a guy with one DP induced on the season to save our season vs. a guy who had one of the best RP years of the generation
Unless Britton is hurt, other than a results based decision judgement, it was stupid to leave the game in the hands of O'Day with your best player in the bullpen available

Besides, it's the process and not the outcome that counts, right? He was lucky as hell there, that ball was one wonky bounce away from winning the game.
