And all reactive moves aren't bad moves. You can't have it both ways.

David Ross goes deep at 39. What a way to go out.

For all the talk about how Miller is shutdown, he is carrying a 3.86 ERA right now. 1.42 in the playoffs. 30 walks and 5 strikeouts in 19 innings.

And all reactive moves aren't bad moves. You can't have it both ways. Proactive managing is good. That doesn't make all proactive moves good. Reactive managing is a necessity and neither good nor bad. It just is. A successful manager would be good at both.

Mr Jon Lester. I'm guessing he told the manager he had a few innings for game 7 right after his last start. Thank you sir.

Love you Tito, but couldn't anyone pinch hit for Davis there? Rajai Davis flat out blows.

There has been one member of this website who consistantly has said that Joe Maddon won't win a world series. I can't remember who that is, but I think he is active tonight, and his moniker ryhmes with Habanero. It is gonna take a miracle.

The Lester haters can boo him at the HOF induction. No stats for what he has .

If you don't know that's one of the greatest relief stints in the history of the game, you don't know the game.

The players in this game, what amazing performances. This is one of the great games I have ever seen. No way Chapman comes out for the 9th, if needed.

Unreal. This is an all time classic even before you factor in the history. Add it in, and this may be the greatest baseball game ever played.

Oh hey look, pitching your closer with a 5 run lead and expecting him to close out the next night bit you in the ass. I for one am shocked.
