What does that matter? He can't acknowledge how good Sale was?
Not when they are not even winning the game. Maybe after, and they can it doesnt even matter because they cant get him a few runs for once!
So does that mean if they don't win no one should be able to comment on how good the starting pitcher for the losing team was? Sorry, but as others have stated that is faulty logic. Sale being good and the score of the game are two separate things entirely.
Guess it I Kimbrel coming in. Hoping for the best. He has been good recently...hopefully that continues.

Chris Sale struck out 13 in eight shutout innings, and your takes are that the announcers shouldn't acknowledge that he's pitching well and that the team deserves to lose.
You trolling or just miserable?
Miserable, How can you not be with these terrible AB's this entire series! And I hate NESN with a passion. Chris Sale has been good for 1 or 2 runs his entire career, so im not surprised. I expect the Boston Red Sox to have a great pitcher on their team.
Its like Kimbrel chooses the worst possible games to blow.
It wasn't a meltdown like he walked 4 dudes in a row, Morales was sitting fastball and got a decent one to hit and hit it really hard. It happens, it's baseball. I'm encouraged because Kimbrel kept his composure and finished the inning strong, last year we probably wouldn't have made to extras.
