So my big takeaway: Corner IF and relief pitching are strong. Middle IF, catcher, starting pitching, outfield are weak.
Interesting part is that this is almost inverse to the state of the major league roster.

Which would make you think that Dombrowski's paying attention and doing a good job balancing things. Of course, he did just trade two young, cost-controlled players in Dubon and Shaw for a reliever. Obviously that has turned out as bad as possible, and though I didn't like it when it happened, it's completely plausible that it could have (and still could) wind up making sense.
Thanks for doing this series. It's always very interesting and useful, especially for someone like me who mostly pays attention to the minors, but not at the level of the people who write here or comment here every day.
