See - just have to page the offense! well, just a little offense.
So exactly what does Hanley bring to this team right now? Except getting lots of attention as he dances around the batters box and watches great pitches go by?

JBJ should be hitting in front of Hanley. Travis and Leon too.

Sam gets it done against a LHP: just like he supposed to.

Thought that would be a much closer play at the plate than it turned out to be. Credit where it's due; good call by Butterfield.

It would really help things if Sandy could heat up like June/2016. His streak was sensational.

This is what needs to happen against young pitchers. Someone revive Sale...he must have fainted with such early run support

JBJ should be hitting in front of Hanley. Travis and Leon too. I'm in favor of giving Sam Travis everyday at bats at DH with Hanley only seeing time at DH against LHP for the foreseeable future.

A thought here, Hanley's last year OK performance was inflated by his numbers against LHP (186 wRC+) against RHP he was OKish (110 wRC+). If he continues at doing that for the season, he'll be one of the rare DHs to hit in the bottom of the lineup (because that's where he should be hitting)

Wow, the offense is actually hitting the hittable pitches.
Maybe we just need to leave sandavol on the dl and keep this momentum.

Scoring, hitting - with Mookie and Xander yet to contribute. Good to have a lead like this with unlikely contributors

Sam Travis has done more in 23 PA than Sandoval has done in 620.

Sox move into first with a win. Saddened for poor New York, of course.

Not sure why Sale needed to pitch the 9th up 8-1. He's on 110 pitches now.
