Lets hear from our own posters and see how you'd rank the system. Post your top 10, 20, I don't care...go nuts and post your top 60 if you must. Here is my top 30 entering the season:
1. Michael Chavis 2. Tanner Houck 3. Darwinzon Hernandez 4. Bobby Dalbec 5. Jay Groome 6. Triston Casas 7. Antoni Flores 8. Bryan Mata 9. Durbin Feltman 10. Nick Decker
11. Mike Shawaryn 12. C.J. Chatham 13. Jarren Duran 14. Travis Lakins 15. Brandon Howlett 16. Alex Scherff 17. Gilberto Jimenez 18. Denyi Reyes 19. Brayan Bello 20. Bobby Poyner
21. Nick Northcut 22. Jhonathan Diaz 23. Danny Diaz 24. Josh Ockimey 25. Zach Schellenger 26. Sam Travis 27. Chase Shugart 28. Brett Netzer 29. Kutter Crawford 30. Devlin Granberg
Could take big jumps this year: - Pedro Castellanos (needs to show in game power) - Alexander Montero (hopefully he can get healthy and show what he began to last year) - Tyler Dearden (had big 2018 but unsustainable BABIP; tools are interesting) - Eduardo Vaughan (seems to be generating some buzz from those who have seen him) - Eduardo Lopez (any interesting tools to support 'advanced approach'?) - Yoan Aybar (can he harness electric stuff?)

Top 10
1-Hernandez 2-Chavis 3-Dalbec 4-Casas 5-Chatham 6-Houck 7-Feltman 8-Travis 9-Groome 10-Shugart
I think Shugart was poised to make the jump into the top 10 before the suspension so I put him at 10.

What can we do on St Patrick's day with the wonderfully named Durin O'Linger no longer lingering? And no more trips to Mars, either. More chopping will happen this week as we lose the blue names.
Not even going to take a whack at what the rankings emerge as, but looking forward to seeing it!

I highly disagree with the order of #149 and #150. Alot of the DSL guys I don't know much about other than the signing bonus and any limited stats I've seen, so that part of the list may not be quite accurate. The reason I did that many in the first place is because I think that it is interesting to look beyond the future big leaguers and look at those who may just be organizational players, since I like following minor leagues anyways, and it would also be quite interesting if 1 or 2 of them DID happen to make significant improvements and reach the majors, even though it would almost certainly be just a cup of coffee.

@bird, congrats, you've listed guys even I don't know. I didn't know some of them either, but included some recent signings with large bonuses. While not completely accurate, I used some of the very large bonuses as filler to where I would guess someone with that bonus would land to get to the bottom, and then I added a few more with decent sized bonuses to end up at 150, as well as Milligan, as I felt he would probably fall in there as well.

Current top-10: 1) Chavis, obviously. I’d prob have put him second to start the year. 2) D. Hernandez 3) Jarren Duran (pre-season 7 or 8; been a high guy on him.) 4) Casas 5) Groome (maybe a little dreaming but I still like the upside) 6) Antoni Flores 7) Mata 8) Houck (I’d had them flipped to start the year) 9) Howlett (work ethic and skills) 10) Feltman (early struggles but I like the stuff)
In the next bucket I’d put Dalbec and Alex Scherff (prob 11-12), recent draft guys like Decker and Northcutt, along with far-away toolsy Gimenez, Montero (another stuff guy), and Chatham, who has shown adequate defense at SS and some hitting ability but has been short on XB power.
I’m a low guy on Dalbec, mostly because of the floor and serious hit tool concerns. I love the fluid defense/arm and you can’t hate 70 power, but idk if he ever gets to it. In fairness he prob deserves to be 6-8 range but his age in AA and continued whiff woes is a red flag. I will say, he could be one of those late-bloomer types who makes MLB at 26 but immediately is an impact player.
I’m incredibly impressed with Chavis’s selectivity all year, the development of his hitting approach (and continued up-the-middle style), and his defense at 2b, which has been pretty ok. I think he’s got a shot at being an average or slightly better 2b or COF. If the walk rate holds and he can hit at least .250 with the power he’s shown, that’s a sometime All-Star.
Darwinzon continues to struggle with command but I remain optimistic. The pure stuff, all of it (movement, spin, velocity) is really arguably on par with anyone in the minors. It’s just location. He has time, a starter’s build, and relative inexperience on his side.
I love Duran. I was excited when they drafted him but he’s obviously exceeded my expectations. I think he’s a future starting first-division CF. If he makes AA in a month or so and manages roughly a .310-.325/.360-.380/.420-.450, I wouldn’t hesitate to call him a 55 FV, with 60+ as his 10% ceiling. It looks like 80 speed and possibly a 60 hit tool at peak; a fringy arm shouldn’t prevent him from becoming a 55-60 defender at a premium position. And given his oppo and GB tendencies, I think there’s even more room to turn eventual 50-55 raw power into 45+ game power with lots of gappers and Wall balls. He has the *perfect* approach to be a terrifying Fenway hitter.
Casas is doing pretty damn well for his first full-season experience with solid IsoD (070) and big IsoP (.250). Not concerned about the whiffs yet. He was a relatively advanced HS hitter (as was Chavis), and as Chavis did, I expect some struggles and adjustments. But i think he’s a potential 50-55 hitter, and if so he should tap into most of his 80 raw power. Great arm, nimble for his size, could be a John Olerud type at 1b defensively if he puts the work in.
Groome is coming back from TJ (I’ve seen some IG posts) and I’m hopeful he gets invested. As far as raw talent/skill, he’s got #2 upside if he picks up where he left off. Big, fluid, 65-70 CB, 50-55 FB from the left. Hoping he gains some post-TJ velo, but we’ll see.
I’ll mention 6 since he’s really probably my 5. Antoni Flores strikes me as a skills-based future SS who fields well in spite of not having supreme tools. Kind of a Pedroia type. Hard work, attention to detail, and the physical attributes just good enough to be synergistic. I think the bat ends up 55-60, with 45-50 game power. Sort of a Benintendi INF equivalent who’s got a carrying hit tool (tho not quite as good), and is otherwise average across the board but at a premium position.

System wOBA leaders, 50 PA minimum (from our great stats).
(lol, Duran is off by 1 AB compared to MilB)
Duran .429 Fitzgerald .396 Castillo .378** Miller .377** Granberg .377 Ockimey .374** Acosta .374 Hernandez .367 Chatham .364 Casas .361
** standard juiced baseball caveat goes here.

1) Chavis 2) Duran 3) Casas 4) Dalbec 5) Hernandez (D.) 6) Houck 7) Flores 8) Groome 9) Mata 10) Shawaryn 11) Chathan 12) Howlett 13) Scherff 14) Bello 15) Feltman 16) Lakins
Notes: I went with Duran over Casas because CF vs 1B
I like Flores a lot but he's a long way away
Chatham I view as a decent utility prospect but with Holt, Lin and Marco, he has a tough road to climb.
I also like Lakins and Feltman but they are relief only which lowers their value to me.
Diaz, Northcut, Decker and Jiminez would likely round out my top 20 but at this point in their careers it's pretty much a crapshoot.
Reserving judgement on Fitzgerald until AA.

I'll remove Chavis. He will graduate soon.
1) Cassas 2) Dalbec 3) Duran 4) Groome 5) Houck 6) Darwinzon Hernandez 7) Flores 8) Decker 9) Feltman 10) Shawaryn 11) Mata 12) Scherff 13) Chatham 14) Howlett 15) Marcus Wilson 16) Gilberto Jiminez 17) Lakins 18) Chase Shugart 19) Brayan Bello 20) Nick Northcut
I have Marcus Wilson higher than most people's list. Like his positional value over a lot the other prospects ahead of him in the website's list. Has good tools, needs make a few adjustments to his swing to make more contact it looks like, but a lot to like.
The 5-10 spots are mostly relievers with Decker and Flores being the exceptions. This kind of shows how bad the system is right now. Relievers should generally be in the 10-20 range. Houck has a chance to stick at starter, safe bet is reliever though.
Higher on Decker too. RF (or corner outfielders) with power are highly underrated.
Made my top 4 with top ceilings in mind. Top 4 players could be everyday players or a rotation arm in Groome.
Cassas is a clear top 1 for me. He's the only guy I see that can standout from the group. The website sees it the same way with the top ceiling rankings. Groome has a chance to get there, but the injury just makes it so risky.
