BA ranks him as the second best player out of the District of Columbia. I find these state rankings to be just about useless. How many draft eligible players are there from DC?

Dom D'Alessandro is quite a hitter, .423 this year with 13 HRs in 208 ABs. He is a utility guy but mostly a DH. He has played 1B, 3B and catcher and even pitched 1 inning, giving up 2 runs. 1st team All-Atlantic 10 in 2018 when he hit .318 with 9 HRs. Went to Rowen College for two years where he twice was 2nd team NJCAA Division III All-American.

BA lists him as the #72 prospect in the state of Florida. He is an FIU commit.

I mentioned Miller's teammate Cannon earlier, this guy has some plus power also.
from BA:
A 37th-round pick of the Braves out of Riverside (Calif.) JC in 2017, Miller teamed with Connor Cannon to give UC Riverside one of the country’s top power duos this spring. Thick and chiseled at 6-foot-2, 235 pounds, Miller boasts plus or better raw power and has increasingly tapped into it each year. He hit .365/.401/.650 while hitting 14 home runs. Miller is a bit stiff, isn’t much of a runner and is limited to the corner outfield, but his bat plays. He will go as far as his offense takes him.

Second kid out of GW to be selected and I thought I saw a pair of Georgetown kids go (make that four Hoyas), too. Some of the fancy prep schools can turn out talent on occasion...

Through 27 rounds the Sox have picked 13 pitchers, 3 1B, 1 inf, 3 SS, 5 OFs and 2 Cs. There are several players who play multiple positions.
There are some really big guys, 6-4, 6-5 etc and only three under 6 ft.

And a PG rating of 10, which means there's a snowball's chance in hell that he can be signed.

Really hoping someone has some info on Bakst - he was a Poly Prep player out of Brooklyn (NY player of the year) who was at Stanford playing as Frosh and Soph as infielder and pitcher but mysteriously (to me at least) was not on Stanford's roster this year - anyone know what happened?

Anyone know why the signing deadline has been pushed back when compared to the past two years? July 15th for this year compared to 7/6 in 2018 and 7/7 in 2017.
