Is anybody else ABSURDLY TIRED of seeing the pitching staff give up 0-2 hits, including a ton of 0-2 RBI hits?? Should never happen once. What frustrated the most during this season is our guys (especially the bullpen guys) getting 2 swings and misses during an at bat and those 2 whiffs being their first 2 strikes. Walden suffered the most from that.

IMO the most urgent DFA for the Sox is Dave O'Brien. That dude sucks at his job. I like the broadcast booth including O'Brien. He is articulate and informed IMO.

To chime in on the broadcast discussion: Sean McDonough is back in Boston as one of the rotating PBP guys on WEEI this year, and the dude has still got it. Would love to get him back on NESN.

OH Matt! how can you give up 3 runs shot to a guy who had 580 OPS and just 1 home run.

I loved Orsillo including his sometimes silliness with Rem Dog. McDonough was a favorite...and for most because of his acute knowledge.
I loved listening to Martin & Woods and Gowdy & Martin....easy to listen to...which is a factor for me....coincident with the rhythm and ambiance of the game. I wonder how critics would view them today tho.

I'm always amazed when Chavis draws a walk or doesn't strikes out with 2 strikes count.

I'm always amazed when Chavis draws a walk or doesn't strikes out with 2 strikes count. I'm very optimistic about him. I feel like people underestimate how little he played the last few years and how fast he was rushed playing 2 new positions. He's done about as well as you could hope.

There’s people playing high level wiffle ball that wish they could throw a curveball like Brandon Workman.

Yeah Soxfan,...and I would turn the radio up so high it would get my folks up....They would command I turn it off..."You can find out the score tomorrow"!
Ok back to the game....1 out to go for a win!
