Those stats will still carry over for Mata, correct? I think the rules in the minors are different in terms of suspended games. I should know this. Also, Joe Davis is 2-2 in the NYPL All-Star game. Kid can mash.

When I was at UConn, I covered Joe Davis when he was at Houston (the American Athletic Conference is/was trash for everything but baseball) and he was incredible. College teams just didn't pitch to him this year and he still led the conference in home runs, I believe.

I really like the two, however.

Always love getting any tidbits on the DSL guys.

Basically, really solid bat to ball tools. I'll be honest. I only have a couple of friends there, but they go to games and give me some info

I run my own pet company now. I don't have as much time to scout. I still have some decent contacts in the industry. I wish I could go to more games, but my current schedule doesn't allow it.

In the spirit of this, then, let me vent that one of the worst part of Hagerstown games being sparsely attended (they legit have had like 100-200 fans per game, it's crazy) is that there were only like 6-8 doggos in attendance for bark in the park last night.

Feel bad for posting 4 times in a row. Yoan Aybar got promoted to Salem. He’s now officially gotten higher as a pitcher than as a hitter. Scoreless in his Salem debut with 2 Ks. Great news and debut on Aybar who would be disappointing to lose if taken in the Rule 5. I'll say for the board no need to feel bad about 4 posts in a row Addam, Appreciate all your contributions.

If you're contributing positively, no worries about that, Addam603.
As for Aybar, I'd completely missed that he'd really gotten his act together in Greenville recently. Last 14 games before the promotion: 24.2-16-7-6-11-34
