Mookie is a game changer, plain and simple.

I bet there aren't many major league players who have 2 home runs, 4 RBIs in the 2nd inning when seeing exactly 2 pitches.

This lineup makes me angry. Not for anything they did, but rather how good and intimidating it is and they can't make the playoffs because of Sale, Price, Porcello, and Eovaldi. Not to mention the early season struggles of the pen holding down a save.

We will never know.

We will never know. I think all of the above, but the Red Sox should have explored looking into getting a "fresh" starter just to help out. I admit to liking bringing back Eovaldi, but 17 million per is absurd with no team protections.

eduardo is doing so many things right on the mound lately, but some unnecessary walks are creeping back in. fortunately, he got out of that jam.

He looks so much more confident and relaxed than he used to. A year or two ago, after loading the bases, he’d promptly implode and give up 3 hits before getting pulled.

Mookie's single is a double anywhere else and I doubt that ball Devers hit still has a cover on it. Berrios is surprisingly ineffective.

The Berrios play against Benintendi might be the best pitcher fielding play I've ever seen.

Geez. That is one of the best pitcher fielding plays I've ever seen live.

minnesota has the second best offense in baseball behind the astros, and erod has basically shut them down other than some walks and some groundball singles

ERod has pitched 7+ and given up 0 runs in 3 of his last 4 starts. Tonight, against the highest scoring team in the majors.

Brasier really sucks. He cannot avoid hard contact.

Lol I mean, I could call Brasier a bum too, but I won't get into that discussion again.

I'm not sure who can blame a pitcher for having a home run hit off a 97 mph fastball that was about 8 inches above the strike zone.

Mookie almost castrated the pitcher there. Anyway, excited to see Darwinzon come in. Great outing by Eddie

Sweet - since Hernandez let two guys get on base with a 4-run lead we now have a chance to improve our save percentage.
