Not very good on our active right now - Cooper, Smith, Short, Hamilton. Good players not playing particularly well recently - O'Neill, Devers, Rafaela, McGuire, Refsnyder.
Going to be hard to win more than half of our games with this cast of characters.
12 Ks, third game in a row in double digits.

Last 3 games - 1, 2 and 1 run. This is going to take its toll on the staff. We are settling back to the .500 team that we are with the current personnel.

7 lob, 1 for 6 risp - THAT is the problem right now.

Good good grief grief (again again)
Death by little cuts such as a croquet single through the infield wickets and wild pitches

At this point, the offense is seriously missing Casas, Masa and even Story - and even Valdez. Setting the table and not scoring the runners. Getting to pitchers early then letting them off the hook. Not good.

Duran needs to steal. Raffy can be a DP machine.

Not a vintage Bernie opener job.
Nice recovery though - could have been much worse.

no hits, 6 Ks between O'Neill and Abreu.
Guy who slings 103 against our lineup isn't remotely fair.

Makes the decision to leave Houck in even worse.

Love that the Cavs and Magic are going 7. Yep - they are beating each other up. Do we want to face Banchero, or Mitchell?

The disaster inning is indeed full disaster mode. So predictable.

They got 90 pitches out of Houck. He was great. No need to push further - not happy with Cora's decision.

Anyone else having audio mix issues on the NESN feed? I can barely hear OB and Middlebrooks. Yes - the voice completely vanished during the play of disaster

That McGuire decision was on par with his baserunning goof last year.

Well, that was not stellar in the least.
McGuire's throw could have put Grissom right back on the injured list due to the ensuing collision

Incredible pitching....or inept hitting?
Tanner is so on. He does deserve some support from the bats.

Embarrassing showing by the Bs tonight. Couldn't win a face off, sloppy on offense - all of the pressure will be on them in Boston in game 7.

A hockey game has finally broken out. The Bs still need to shoot more - looking for perfect passes. Get the puck on net.
If this goes scoreless into the third....really stressful.
