40-man page shows Doubront at minimum next year, but he's pretty likely to be Super Two with 2.120 days, right?

I think it usually takes 2.140 to be a Super Two.

Heard that the cutoff might be 2.119 this year. Significantly lower than in past years. So you might be right.

When Mickey Pena dropped to 50 on the prospect list last week, he was inadvertantly changed to a first basemen.

You didn't hear about his position change? (JK. Thanks) Why isn't he # 1 if he could play 1B for 4 days and pitch the 5th? What a threat in the WS!!!

Heard that the cutoff might be 2.119 this year. Significantly lower than in past years. So you might be right. The new CBA changed the cutoff from top 17% to top 22% of players, so that has made a big difference. I believe there is also some sort of rule about 86 (or something around there) days being another cutoff, so it could be less than 22% if super-2 status encompasses all players with 2.086 days experience. www.fangraphs.com/library/business/super-two/

On Daniel McGrath's player page it says his fastball ranges from 86-98 (I'm assuming that's an error, and should either say 88, or 89), and inconsistent is spelled wrong ("Inconstaent command").

So it will be up in the air right up until the end of the season.

The rosters page is now Season End rosters. Smith was on both the GCL and Lowell season end rosters.

Not really a correction, but curious who is asking the questions in the top 40 staff series?

Not sure if this was intentional, but on the 2014 Projected Roster, under the Pawtucket Starting Pitchers sub-column, it says "RS" next to Acquisition.

Totally random question: What is Manny Delcarmen doing in the header of this site? It's not like he amounted to much.

Ian Cundall typo:
"Margot is a quick twitch athlete, who should be able to physically mature without losing athleticism. He has moderate projection with his frame, and will need to ________ strength in order to actualize his offensive tools"
add?

Not really a correction, but curious who is asking the questions in the top 40 staff series? Not sure if you still care, but it was Hatfield who was behind aggregating those and deciding on the questions, fwiw.

On the Winter Leagues page--I've never heard Estrellas Orientales called Orientales ["Eastern"] for short, only Estrellas ["Stars"]. Some of the others are inconsistent in usage and it matters less--I hear Toros, not Este, but Licey as often as Tigres and Escogido much more than Leones.

My methodology for that page is to always use the "location" part of the name, with the exception of Cibaenas/Cibao which are basically the same thing, right? Willing to listen on why I should go the other way, but it's admittedly tough to Americanize some of these, particularly with LiDom.

are the dates correct in the legend on the 2013-2014 off season depth chart? example; R5 - Eligible for December 6, 2012 Rule 5 Draft if not added to the 40-man roster on or before November 20, 2012 i ask because i was looking to see what players needed to be added to the 40 man this year.

Just updated the legend, it was a year behind.
The Rule 5 eligible players are listed on the Wiki and the depth chart.

Dalier Hinojosa has to be in the top 60, doesn't he?
I'm thinking he was put off being ranked until more was known about him, and then forgotten ...
