I'm interested to see which Webster shows up today, The Human Eraser or the adopted wee person.

In totally meaningless news, I am disappointed Mookie did not drive in a run last night. His two walks and two steals added to his totals through 15 games:
2B: 7 BB: 7 K: 7 SB: 7 RBI: 6... bummer

It allows you to select your favorite team and then easily switch between that teams affiliates.

Greenville cruising. Lin 1/2 and Asuaje and Rijo each have a double in two trips to the plate. Callahan shutting them out, but 3 bb's in 5 ip. Also has 3 k's and 4 hits allowed.
ADD: have to wonder when Asuaje will get the bump. Would basically put him at an age appropriate level and we could begin to read into his stats. Biggest question is, do the Sox think enough of his results so far to consider him a prospect? At least there's no one with a higher status blocking him. Would be curious to hear about his defense from anyone who has watched him the last two years. Will he stick in the IF? Can he play SS?

With 6 doubles and 45 triples (see below) in 15 games, it might be time to stop ignoring the guy. He won't be 23 till the season's over so he's not that far out of line and he probably will be one of the first promotions. No homers yet, however. Should we have Betts talk to him?

Asuaje is definitely putting up a Mookie-esque well rounded line. He is two years older than Mookie was last year when he tore through the SAL. Hopefully Asuaje gets the call to Salem relatively soon so we have a reason to open Salem's box score.

I think Asuaje was fairly well regarded by BA Draft Prospect list. Off the top of my head, I'd guess he was around #250. Given his hot start I think we can call him a legitimate prospect. He also got the start in LF today, which is definitely interesting.

Asuaje added another triple, his fifth. Triples machine. Maybe he'd have a lot of stolen bases except he's always already in scoring position to start.
A Mookiless day.
Portland Sea Dogs ?@portlandseadogs 47m Tonight’s game in Binghamton has been postponed due to unplayable weather conditions. Doubleheader on May 3rd.
