Only problem with this reddit statement it claims at 11.30pm daniel breaks news of panda signing... But at 10.55pm before daniels That kid had this tweet too. Jake Wesley MLB @mlb_nl_al · Nov 23 The Boston Red Sox have signed Pablo Sandoval to a 5 year, 102 million dollar deal. Source with Hanley story has confirmed. It's done So once again reddit got that part wrong on time and who has said what... But who cares as it is all an internet war and the kid is obviously gonna get beat up by the mean ole net nasties! Also reddit posted a twitter claiming 12.55 but his account didn't make a tweet then. It was the above one and somebody faked or purposely edited their timeline picture. |

That said, everything he tweets should definitely be taken with a grain of salt.

The reddit guy is actually correct. Daniel Sapata broke the story first(25 minutes earlier) and Wesley just copied it. The discrepancy on the time stamps is perhaps because the reddit user is in a different time zone? but if you go directly to the tweets you can see that Wesley had it after Daniel Sapata and he copied the exact amount for the contract($102M). Daniel Sapata's Tweet: Jake Wesley's Tweet: I don't think there is anything wrong with calling things for what they are. Wesley doesn't have any sources, he just copied other tweets and claimed he was the first person to break both stories. Then he screwed up interpreting a tweet about Cespedes... and then he claims to have a bad source on the reds(so he has sources for all the teams, WTH?) |

Why are people so angry at this kid and have decided to write books about whether he's legit or not? Who cares? What does it actually affect? The transactions will still be made and we'll find out what happened at some point. I can't even go to some other Red Sox forums because all that anyone talks about is how horrible this 14 year old kid is. Some people are probably close to calling for his arrest.

The transactions will still be made and we'll find out what happened at some point. I'm not sure exactly who's trolling who here but I'm enjoying every minute of it. |

So Josh Kusnick, an agent who also writes for BP, reportedly reached out to Wesley to offer some advice and has come away thinking he's not 14 and is catfishing everyone. Good times.
