Oh wow. That was lucky. And I'm so glad Napoli is ahead of Sandoval here.

Please pinch hit for Sandoval. Holt, Nava, Leon, I don't care.

XANDER BOGAERTS
He doesn't enjoy playing in the rain, it seems.

I hate sacrifice bunting so much. Why do you have your leadoff man who can likely beat out a DP giving up a free out?

I hate sac bunting too. But this was an extremely reasonable spot for it. Win probability goes up by around 6% on a successful sacrifice.
EDIT: Interesting, FanGraphs live score has very different WE numbers here than The Book, suggesting the successful sac actually decreased WE.

Allen Craig, on the other hand, loves playing in the rain.
Palmer says Farrell should have put in Brock Holt. Can't say I disagree with that...

The good thing is that Craig secured his new spot as the person we can complain about most

Koji either needs DL or retirement. 85 isn't a fastball. It's BP.

Can we DFA Craig yet? He's just awful Hopefully Ben takes this decision out of Farrell's hands because Farrell is just going to keep playing him.
