Hanley has a truly remarkable knack for doing it wrong.

Hanley has a truly remarkable knack for doing it wrong. That's honestly not a bad play when you're up this much in the game. Rasmus made an excellent throw

Stephen Wright the next RA Dickey? Knuckleball pitcher who overnight becomes an ace? The Sox would be crazy to not keep Wright in the rotation. As much as I love Owens, I think E-rod (when he is healthy) should take Kelly's place in the rotation and wright should stay. Owens is a phone call away when Buchholz gets hurt. Let's hope DDo makes the Wright decision. Wright>Owens>Johnson*>Kelly A healthy Johnson>Owens

Hanley has a truly remarkable knack for doing it wrong. That's honestly not a bad play when you're up this much in the game. Rasmus made an excellent throw Rasmus made an excellent throw and the ball really died on the outfield grass which hurt him. It's the irony. He doesn't get to 2B on so many plays that should be doubles, then he actually goes for the double and gets thrown out. Frankly, it's funny how difficult everything routine about playing baseball is to Hanley Ramirez. Tracking a fly ball, getting a jump, running the bases... it can't be a coincidence. He's just so overwhelmingly talented that he manages to be a good baseball player while being genuinely confused by baseball.

Steven Wright for Lars Anderson looks like a pretty incredible steal.

Hanley has a truly remarkable knack for doing it wrong. That's extreme. He has been on base three times tonight and that looked liked like a double to me.

JBJ's swing looks to be getting a little pull-happy ... he seems to get into that habit sometimes.

Good thing we have our ace going tonight. Nothing better than when our ace delivers.

Folks may dislike the pitch, but Wright has got it done so far this year.

110 pitches. Have to think the Red Sox are pushing the envelope a bit here.

Great job by Hembree. Got ahead in the count with a couple perfect pitches. Also, shocked Farrell didn't roll out Taz there.

I remember being super excited about Hembree when they first acquired him. He's looked good so far this year-- really commanding his fastball, which has been one of his issues in the minors.

Farrell knows he's coaching for his job. Thus, the short-term panic move that is a bad idea in the long run. Gutless.
