Not to be outdone by Diaz, Daniel Gonzalez struck out 10 batters in only 4 innings.

I was able to get through and the representative literally told me she couldn’t figure it out and there wasn’t anything she could do. Evidently someone higher up will get back to me. Same here. She said she thinks the issue is that my MLB and MiLB accounts aren't linked so someone at the next tech level will need to work on it and will get back to me via email. Now for some reason, I can see the games but it still shows that my account doesn't have a subscription. Will see how long I have access to the games. I'm having no same issues. In my case my MLB.TV & MiLB.TV renewed automatically to my credit card but at different dates. I never was directed to a link. The only small thing I had to deal with was that when I clicked on a game, nothing seemed to happen. After trying a few times, reloading etc. by luck I just clicked on the top game. What was happening was that it was asking me to update my flash player but the pop-up was above where I was on the page. After updating it asked me for my email and password and I was off to the races. Yes, Salem TV is new, no longer a black hole. I got to see Raudes and Gonzales pitch. Using Poyner as an example of the past, I saw him at Greenville and his cup of coffee at Portland but missed the bulk of his work at A+. The problem was exasperated by the fact that very few teams in that league were broadcasting games. More teams broadcast from the SAL than the CAR which makes no sense. ADD: My two cents, the Salem camera crew did an excellent job for first timers. I thought the volume setting was lower than other feeds.

Biggest takeaway from opening day? For me, Dany Gonzalez ten Ks in four innings in a relief role. WOW!

I was going back and forth a little between there and Portland, but admittedly didn't get to pay attention much. Gonzalez was definitely spotting his pitches well. His stuff is so underwhelming that seeing this didn't surprise me - it's the only way he'd have the success he has with that stuff. He's still a guy I need to see at the higher levels before I make much of him though.
