If you haven’t watched The Great on Hulu (and if you don’t might pretty raunchy humor), you should. It is hysterical. About .5% historically accurate, which just makes it even better.

Okay, I dug into Schitt's Creek. Almost done with Season 2. I'd describe it as "pretty good" but isn't really sticking with me the same way it does for most folks I've heard from, here and elsewhere. I'll probably finish it as background noise. The gifs are still good.
Also tried The Great on Manfred's rec. Enjoyed the first 3 episodes, will definitely stick with it. Somehow missed that one on hulu.
Appreciate the recs from everyone.

Not trying to sell you on it since you have a large sample size, but I'm confident I enjoyed each season more than the previous one.

Just watched Netflix "Don't Look Up". Heavy, heavy satire, cast of zillions of stars. All I'll say is "wow".
We are binging season 6 of Line of Duty (BritBox police drama, we are watching via Amazon Prime). One of the best things we've ever watched - every season is a gem. Tonight is episode 7...lots of loose ends to be tied up.
Hoping there is a season 7 - this is a most remarkable series.

Finished Witcher season two, I'm hooked and can't wait for season three. Please make them 10 episodes seasons also.
If you wanted something different under the radar, Startup which is on Netflix was rather good.

Peacock Plus: "We Are Ladyparts." From the UK, a comedy about five very different Muslim women in their 20s in a punk rock band. Fun and funny, in some ways like Derry Girls, which is about Irish Catholic teens in Northern Ireland. Only six episodes in the first season.

Just kicked off "The Other Two" on HBO Max (season 1 was Comedy Central). Two adult siblings deal with and get drawn into their 13-year-old brother's overnight superstardom. I get out of that one what I expected to get out of Schitt's Creek; it has a similar vibe (self-centered but generally heart-filled people struggling through big life changes, rotating cast of absurdity around them). First five episodes flew by.
Also enjoying Peacemaker (also HBO Max) better than any of the recent Marvel shows. I was hot and cold on The Suicide Squad (the 2021 one) but Peacemaker works for me.

Enjoying After Life, Netflix, with and by Ricky Gervais. Funny, and sad, and cringey!
We binged first 2 seasons quickly, onto 3 tonight

Just finished "Dopesick" on Hulu, I highly recommended it. It's a mini-series starring Michael Keaton that explores the opioid epidemic from different points of view.
Also finished "Search Party" on HBO. It's weird, but good weird I guess. Has 5 seasons and each season is weirder than the last. Definitely not for everyone, though.

I'm not sure how this show is not more popular, but I really recommend Snowfall if you liked The Wire. I love it. I'm halfway through season 2 and it just started season 5.

1883 is pretty damn good if you can handle as much plastic surgery as Faith Hill has back in 1883. I also caught up on Yellowstone. There is also going to be another spinoff eventually.

I thoroughly enjoyed “Reacher” on Prime Video.
You need to accept it for what it is. The main character is played differently than the atom Cruise version in films (I only saw the first of those and thought it was merely ok). It’s really violent but the Alan Ritchson plays the character in a very likable and charismatic way. He’s a huge dude in real life and the character is easily one of the most prototypical bad ass guys I can recall.
It’s worth a watch if you like action crime stuff.

Not sure if there is a more appropriate location for this, however you might want to check out Screwball. It is a cleverly done documentary about the Biogenisis scandle. I found it quite interesting with regards to the trivial way it was exposed and some of the backroom dealings of ARod & MLB, etc. www.netflix.com/title/81047680FYI, I think it requires a Netflix subscription.

I found myself overwhelmed with TV options the last month. Better Call Saul Final Season pt 1, Barry, Hacks, The Boys, The Orville (way better than you think if you have 90s Era Star Trek fondness).
But the best new thing I've seen is "We Own This City" on HBO. The spiritual/creative successor to The Wire tells the true story of the corrupt Baltimore Gun Trace Task Force. Meets The Wire in story telling and societal bleakness though certainly not in character building or emotional ties. Ended a little flat but true story endings are hard.

The first part of Stranger Things season 4 was really damn good, though it got a little repetitive.

I've pulled a few recommendations from this thread -- thank you.
I'll add a three not previously mentioned:
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel: 35 Episodes; Prime Video: 60's era young smart Jewish upper eastside housewife evolves into a comedic force. Old-style family dynamics right out of black and white cinema that teeter on absurd yet somehow remain just on the correct side of the fence. Plus she's a much better stage comedian than Deborah Vance (Hacks). Love this show's heart.
Red Oaks: 26 Episodes; Prime Video: moving the "Jewish Life" construct forward two decades into the mid 80's, bright kid working at a country club and learning lessons of love and commerce. Role models abound. Fun show.
I'm Dying Up Here: 20 Episodes; Showtime, or purchase on Prime: my favorite show ever about stand-up comedy. Set in mid-70's at Goldies in LA (actual place) where comics worked for free in hopes of getting noticed, getting a spot on The Tonight Show (Johnny Carson), or something lesser. They are like the proverbial crabs in a barrel -- except they're funny -- struggling to get out and, sometimes, ripping each other to shreds. I've re-watched these episodes several times and will again. p.s., there is a song sung in Season 2 that might be the most excruciatingly sad/beautiful song ever sung in television history. It gets my vote. Note: do not go search out this song because without the context of the previous episodes -- while it will still be beautiful and sad -- it will not resonate in the perfect way it otherwise does. DO NOT. Trust me.

Thanks for the tip -- I plan to check out The Orville. Another show for fans of Barry: Mr. Inbetween: 26 Episodes; Hulu, or buy on Prime: protagonist Ray is what a more realistic, and down-under, Barry might look like. Ray is ex-military, father, lover, working security at a club and trying to carve out a life for himself. But as the title suggests, he lives in, and in between, conflicting worlds. Where Barry has acting class, Ray has (court-mandated) anger management class. Listening to Ray earnestly explain why his "bashing a bloke" contributes to making the world a better place hooked me. Ray is real, and very watchable. p.s., the most adorable TV daughter is on this show. p.s.s., Dewey Crowe (Justified) is a matey! Who knew?

"Medici" on HBO is pretty awesome, lots of cast from Game of Thrones, periodical drama.
Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Primo enough for your comedy fix. Easily filling the Ted Lasso space of charming, uplifting and wickedly funny stuff that is good for adults and kids alike.
