I guess the dominant run of Walden may be over. Yep, he"s not even better than Koji I'm afraid. He'll probably never get another out.

What a great 2 strike hit by Chavis there to get an insurance run.
Ooooh, there's the Brock Holt from late last season. I'm excited to see if he can get back there.

SL was ok but def seemed to be having trouble locating the hard stuff. Idk, it’s crappy and cold maybe he just had problem with his grip. Dude’s 90th+ %ile on xwOBA and xSLG, and has a career WHIP of 0.91 (in just 27 game, of course). Oh, and a 1.4% barrel rate this year. I’d be inclined to give him another shot at it. Lots to like on this page: baseballsavant.mlb.com/savant-player/marcus-walden-519393?stats=career-r-pitching-mlb

You said this yesterday... I'll say it again tomorrow if he keeps being annoying. I'm sure you will, since you seem incapable of not repeating yourself.

I am fine with Walden's slip - no pitcher is perfect, as we know - this was just an off night for his command.
We are catching fire without Mookie having one of his patended on-fire streaks (that is coming, I am sure - as well as a nice Beni streak). The best is yet to come, I believe.

Chanting JBJ's name probably isn't the best thing for his concentration while he's batting. Just sayin.
I really hope they re-sign Holt especially with Pedey's situation.

If we can hold here, we will be at 5 games over .500 for the first time. Wow. 5th best victory total in the AL.

Well, Brassiere still has the gas...let's see if his command is improving.

I’m a little bit surprised Barnes isn’t back out there, though I get it. Looks like Cora’s going full-on high leverage guy with him. I like it. And more power to Barnes for relishing the role. I suppose he might’ve staying in for a 1-run game.

I disagree with pretty much everything in this post. Lol, me too. I’m pinch-trolling. Haha my fault for missing the joke. I thought the take was atypical of you, but I’m tired and my critical thinking is shot. Carry on.

Brasier has a tendency to serve up the most hittable pitches of all time.
giving up a 427 foot homer on a night like tonight (to a bad hitter)

So while we treat Devers like a God because of a month sample size, you will mock someone who does the same with a different player, only this time in a more negative fashion. This board is funny sometimes. Walden has given up runs in 2 out of his last 4 appearances. Notice how I said "dominant?" Doesn't mean he can't still be "good." By all means, keep acting like a honk though.

I'm sure there will be people that only show up to point this out, like yourself too. So let me get this straight. People repeating that Johnny Gomes is terrible is good, but me pointing out Berman is bad is bad? Sorry dude!!
