In the Cup of Coffee you said YPA tied a record but the link you posted said he broke the record. First grade daughters are distracting so we'll award a mulligan here. Yep, even better! I think the article may have been updated. The Cup has been updated as well with a correction note. Pretty amazing stuff. I Google searched and couldn't find more than 10 for the majors or affiliated minors. There's a couple of non affiliated strikeout record that are just crazy like striking out 27 in a nine inning game. Those were pretty much all class D records which is about one step up from Pony League.

Jonathan Holder had 11 in a row for Scranton a couple years back, which we believe is the record..
I texted back and forth with Hatfield and I wondered if there was a discrepancy about the "affiliated" status of some 12-straight-K game with caused my confusion.
Long story short: minor league records are wonky and if they're calling it the record then I'm certainly not going to disagree.
