Lira has been so weird. 25 BB to 15 K while hitting .204/.372/.276
Just seems like a guy who has to get stronger and probably luckier
Curious if he falls in the rankings and how much stock has been put into the numbers in the DSL

Splitting hairs here I know but I am surprised Chacon isn't in the top 60 compared to some of the others who are. Young bonus baby who is doing well in first season in DSL. Looks the part, so far. Very young I know but seems the small track record in addition to the obvious talent would merit being in the top 50 to me. Bleis (the bigger potential player) being #17 also in the DSL would be the comparable for me.

As Chris said, not much movement, especially at the top. - The only change in the top 10 was Jordan Blaze (now #9) and Jay Groom (10) switching spots.
- Wilkelman Gonzalez moved up 2 positions to #12, a new high for him. That's up from 54 back in July.
- Josh Winckowski also up a couple, from 16 to 14.
- Miguel Bleis is up to 15 from 14 last month, another new high.
- Connor Wong moved from 19 up to 16. His high was in April of last year at # 12.
- Noah Song down from 18 to 15.
- Brainer Bonaci fell 7 spots to # 20.
- Tyler McDonough rose from 27 to 21.
- Matthew Lugo fell to 25 from 20 last month.
- Nick Decker moved up from 31 to 28, still a long way from his top 10 appearance in 2018.
- Enderso Lira & Victor Santos both up 5 at 30 & 31.
- Christian Koss up from 37 to 33.
- Durbin Feltman moved from 41 to 34.
- Ryan Fitzgerald at 35, up 4.
- Shane Drohan at 36, down 4.
- Eduardo Lopes moved up from 44 to 39.
- Cameron Cannon plummeted 11 spots down to # 40.
- Jacob Wallace OTOH soared 10 spots up to # 41.
- Eduardo Vaughan is at 45, down 5.
- Frank German is at 48, up 8.
- Brendan Celluci is at # 52. He was last ranked at 57 in June.
- Draftees Wyatt Olds (2021-07) and Karson Simas (2019-25) are ranked for the first time at 56 & 57.
- Juan Chacon is at # 58. His previous ranking was 55 in July.
- Devlin Granberg just managed to stay in the top 60, falling from 55 to 60.
- Missing from last month are:
- Jonathan Arauz (#24 last month) who graduated from prospect status.
- Chase Shugart from #57).

Did we ever get reports on the injuries to two promising 18 year old pitcher, Nathaniel Cruz and Perales? Both received positive initial reports last year, but after brief appearances this year, got shut down for injury. The site still has the "inj" notation next to both, though its unclear if those are legacy markets. Being pitchers, and Red Sox pitchers, the TJ injury is always front and center. Is there any reassurance available?

Once again, the top six in the rankings remain unchanged. - Blaze Jordan (did I really write Jordan Blaze last month?!) is now at # 7, up 3.
- Jay Groom is up from 9 to 8.
- Josh Winckowski also up a couple, from 16 to 14.
- Gilberto Jimenez fell from #7 to # 9.
- Absent from the top 10 this month is Connor Seabold. He was 8th in October and has slipped to # 11.
- Bilkelman Gonzalez rose from 14th to 12th.
- Josh Winckowski up from 16 to 13.
- Chris Murphy dropped from 12 to 14.
- Miguel Bleis next at 15, up 2.
- Connor Wong is 16th, up 3.
- Brandon Walter (almost reversed another name) continued his climb, now at # 17. He was 26th in October and September. In August he was ranked for the first time at #41. He's been in the organization since being drafted in the 26th round in 2019.
- Noah Son fell from 15 to 18.
- Tyler McDonough is up 7 spots at # 20. That's his highest ranking to date.
- OTOH Brainer Bonaci fell from 13 to 21.
- Edison Paulino down from 21 to 24.
- Matthew Lugo is at # 26, down from 20.Jonathan Arauz (#24 last month) who graduated from prospect status.
- Enderso Lira reached a new high at # 30, up from 35. He has been ranked from 30 to 35 since August after being signed as an IFA in January
- Victor Santos has a similar story. Acquired from Philly in July for CJ Chattham, he was ranked at 45 in August and is now up to 31.
- Christian Koss is at 33, up 4.
- Durbin Feltman at 34, up 7.
- Eduardo Lopez, up from 44 to 39.
- Jacob Wallace is at 40, up from 51. His highest ranked was at # 20 in Sep/20.
- Cameron Cannon plummeted from 29 to 41.
- Frank German jumped from 56 to 48, still well short of his high at # 26 in May.
- Kole Cottam rose from 59 to 42.
- Wyatt Olds, the 2021 7th rounder, is ranked for the first time at # 54.
- Juan Chacon, missing from the top 60 since June, is back at 58.
- Jhostynxon Garcia is ranked for the first time at # 59. He was an IFA sign in July '19.
- Missing from the top 60 this month:
- Jonathan Arauz (24th in October) who graduated from prospect status.
- Case Shugart (57).
- Joe Davis (58).
- Raynel Espinal (60).

FWIW, a fair amount of the moves listed above were in October.

Is there an age cutoff for the prospect list?

Jimenez (9) being ranked 13 spots over Rafaella (23) doesn’t make any sense in my opinion.

I’d put Binelas at 13. As noted in the trade thread, he mashed as a freshman, was injured two games into his soph season. But based on his fr production was a top 10 pick. Then started his first 11 games of junior year at .150 ba and no Homers. Yet he finished 50 game season at .256 and an OPS over 1. So a decent last 39 games after shaking off the rust. And then his post draft year he quickly went to A ball and mashed there too. Trying to decipher why with that June 2020 ranking he fell to third round based on a bad start to 2021, even as he showed sign of righting the ship.
All of that said, every kid in A ball still has a lot to prove, so no top 10 yet, but the existing blips seem to be answered. His #16 ranking in the Brewers system was from August before he full marked his pro debut. Hence the 13 in ours
Edit: I see one analyst put him 8th. I could see that, or at least ahead of pitchers Seabold, Wrinklefree and Winckowski
