The interesting thing about the Casas HR is that the catcher called the pitch, set up, and the pitcher threw it exactly where the catcher wanted it. That ball was headed precisely into the mitt until its path was rudely interrupted.

He’s gonna be a star. Better version of Hosmer Well, he got a lot of common with Hosmer: They attended the same high school and he's been hitting an unhealthy number of groundballs (56%) His ground ball % has caught my eye, too.

If Casas went to college, he wouldn’t even have been drafted yet. And, he’s got a .952 OPS in AA. Color me not worried
