Is it in milb contract that fcl and dsl get assigned days off, no matter what? Reason I ask is since so many washouts they only get to play a couple of times per week. Why can't they play on their days off? It's not like they're being overworked. Help clear this up for me.

DSL ended up playing yesterday on a scheduled day off. Not sure Florida would've been playable yesterday, one of the locals down there can say better than I.

Waiting for promotions for Yorke and Munoz.
Also, that roster at Worcester was packed with talent at year's start. Performance has been surprisingly poor.
Pitching has given up 5 runs per game (AAA). Lower half of league

Tough day at the plate for Mayer, who went 0-4 with three strikeouts. Probably tough to get in any sort of rhythm to start your career when every other game is getting postponed.

Worchester is .243/.327/.433 at home, .246/.330/.394 away. 4.74 ERA at home, 4.84 away.
A lot more HRs in Worcester on both ends

Blaze Jordan is in the lineup for Salem, batting 5th and DH'ing. McDonough is batting sixth and playing CF.

Blaze's 1st Low-A at bat: A looong opposite field fly out. The boy is strong.

Yairo:. HBP, left game. Didn't play in game 2.
SWB YANKS: Sean Boyle 25th rounder. Age 24, born NY 7-inn no-no Near perfect. GameDay indicates he was getting squeezed by ump. Fwiw
