I got into tabletop baseball a few years ago and have loved it! Never gave APBA a shot since it was so costly, but ended up spending about the same trying Payoff Pitch, Inside Pitch, and the one I settled on: Fall Classic Baseball. I also did a 98 Home Run Chase sim with NPNG+ (which I believe is similar to APBA) and really enjoyed it as well.

I made a bet with my mom that I could give up tv for a year when I was in 8th grade. If I did it, I got an Apple IIc.
I did it by playing APBA. I think I played every game for every team for an entire season. Wish I could find the box scores! I knew how to use spreadsheets when I was 12 in 1983.
Now, I'm onto OOTP.
