I'd like to thank the media idiots who said after game 3 the 'Stros were dead because their pitching was cooked. 13 IP, two runs since then.

But Valdez looks completely unhittable right now - gonna need Dusty to screw up and take him out early.

They'll lose today and win both in Houston because this team is weird like that. They lose today they’re done. They couldn’t figure out Javier with a good knee and he’ll start a game 7 if it gets that far. Yeah, no chance a baseball team could win 2 games in a row. Especially with all the momentum Houston would have. Might as well call the series after tonight if the Sox lose.

Even Sale's great escape couldnt wake up the offense.
Will Dusty pull Valdez if he's perfect thru 6 to avoid the 3rd time thru the order stuff?
Awful time for the bats to die.

Xanderâs at-bat there didnât bother me, but Kiké and Schwarber ahead in the count swinging at the low sinker was awful

There are two kinda of Sox fans: those who saw Chris Sale as a glass half full, and those who owe us — and him — an apology.

It amazes me that people think the most recent result has this outsized effect on teams’ chances in the next game.

No team in baseball history has won two games in a row Nor has no team playing Game 6 and 7 at home with a 3 games to 2 lead ever won, either. Such silly logic. If the Sox lose today yes it's possible to win game 6 and 7 on the road, but the odds are pretty high against it, especially when the pen has issues protecting late game leads.

Sale looking pretty great. One run. No problem. My dudes of the message board, you’ve got Chris Sale going into the sixth inning only giving up one hit. Totally digging this. edit. Correction it’s two hits. But still 😀

Not counting this team out until there's no pulse I'm not counting them out either. All I'm saying is seize the freaking opportunity at home and make it easier to win this damn winnable series.
