Gonna be hard to resign X when he bats 400 this year. He looks amazing. The rest.of the team .. eh... Decent gitting and we are like 12-5. Pitching has been greatEhh, they're fourth-worst in the AL by ERA, second-worst by FIP.
I think the overall decline in offense has skewed perceptions of their hitting and their pitching. The offense has been bad, but not that bad. And the pitching hasn't been that good.

Great small ball, sacrificing Kiké to third in front of the scorching hot noted contact hitter Bobby Dalbec
Edit: I'll take that L, nice work Bobby

Win expectancy got as high as 96% on Saturday. 80% on Sunday. 60% on Monday. 97% yesterday.
0-4.
I consider this a public health hazard.
Okay, 96% in this one...

Let this be the start of a genuine run - combining effective offense and pitching...it is high time for this team to catch fire!
Hoping for a Donut from the Danish

For tomorrow, since whitlock is on a pitch count, have him play the field for a few innings so he can close the game. At least in theory it would be cool.

After watching Xander's performance this year, and his interviews last night and tonight after the games, he really has assumed the role of team leader. I hope they can find a way to lock him up for a long time.

Did Tomase write a article claiming Wacha was a bad signing and the bullpen was a train wreck?

Finally, a good game by the Sox. They were overdue for one. Wacha has been suprisingly good. How longs that last, who knows, but he certainly hasn't been the issue.
Xander continues to hit. I'll miss him when he goes.

Yeah the key difference between Lester and Bogaerts versus Betts is that they expressed interest in staying and they already took a hometown discount once. Even if Bogaerts is Jeter level bad at SS, he’s still a team player and we need a face to the franchise with Papi retired.

Schreiber throwing 94 from that angle is interesting. I like him a lot against the righty jays lineup
Wacha being the ace so far is something I wasn’t prepared for. I thought the signing was intriguing but I didn’t expect this
