I'm amazed that Nasty Nate has never had 11 Ks in a game before. It's not that many for a guy with his stuff and the amount of time he has been in the ML.

I forgot. The Will Middlebrooks / Youk interactions might not be the most cordial. Most of that was Bobby - you know who - but i wonder if there was any residual feelings with the players. They probably both hated him. I recall that after WMB booted a couple of balls in an inning, Bobby V. said to him in the dugout, "Good inning, kid." Somebody who was in that dugout leaked what Bobby said and the team's reaction, which was "This guy is truly guy a douche" for embarrassing the kid like that. |

Plawecki is doing a nice job framing today. That 3-1 strike call was huge.

For context: Bogaerts is at 117 for his career. Pedroia was 115.

For context: Bogaerts is at 117 for his career. Pedroia was 115.
