Hilarious. Man, this guy just plain blows. How is Sawamura DFA'ed and Familia and Brasier still on the team. Sawamura was at least serviceable. Another stupid-ass personnel move in a year full of stupid-ass personnel moves. I'm pissed beyond belief right now. The hell is Cora thinking ?? I been a huge Cora guy his whole time here but this obsession he has with braiser and familia is infuriating

The pens of the Jays, Yankees, Rays - so many big arms, so much talent. Our pen mostly feels like it was found at yard sales.

Why is Familia on the team? Wouldn't experience in the majors be valuable for Frank Germa Putting German would be a no-lose move. If he gets through it, it's a huge confidence builder. If he doesn't, Cora just tells him, "No problem, kid. We were forced to put you into a tough situation for your first game in the The Show. We still like your stuff. Shake it off." This stuff seems so damn easy and they can't get it right.

Pham sure can strike out with the best of our team's Ksters. NOT a leadoff hitter either
I feel like there is just a huge collection of dead wood on this team at the moment. Lots of pruning to be done.

Didn't think they could net a worse reliever than Robles, somehow they topped it with Familia.

That game sums up the season nicely. X and Raffi chance to win. Come up empty. After the pen blows it. Twice.
Whole lotta yuck among some highlights.
Pham, Arroyo, Devers, Kiké all come up empty (4 Ks for Pham)

Xander league's leading BA doesn't hide his terrible WPA on the season.

Lots of pruning to be done. True, and it can't be done in one off-season. As others have pointed out, $90M in payroll space isn't as much as it sounds like if they want to keep X and Devers. You'd still need two SPs, an OF, a DH and a BP revamp.

Wow - we are 20-41 against the AL east. Also a .500 team at Fenway. Yikes.

Bright side: FG has the MFY's WS champ. chances at 7.9 percent. I have to try not to be nervous about something that has less than a one in 12 chance of happening.
Four teams have a better chance than the MFYs, according to FG. MFY Elimination Day is going to happen.

Too many in the MFY lineup have regressed to the mean. Skip Judge and I don't see a juggernaut at all.

Familia DFA’d per Familia to Cotillo Just heard that. Nothing like plunging the crapper after it's already overflowed. Too late, Mr. Bloom and Mr. Cora.

Sounds like German up, perhaps? Familia....gone! I feel like we here have been a step ahead of Bloom/Cora this season.

Xander doesn’t get the big hit(at least not this year). It’s been like that all year. I wasn’t shocked to see him come up short.

So we put this into the hand of Familia. What can go wrong? He looses the game, and then he looses his job. Loosing the game was expected. Loosing his job was a bonus.
