Maybe some people here think that Graterol is a closer but the Dodgers sure don't think so. He's mostly a 7th and 8th inning guy and while he has finished a few games, he's far from a closer in waiting. He also missed 6 weeks (Jul/Aug, shoulder) and then after 4 appearances went back on the shelf for 4 more weeks (elbow inflammation). But yeah, the Sox look stupid questioning his medicals. Maybe the Sox bullpen wouldn't have blown quite as many games if he was in there instead of Brasier or Sawamura but he wouldn't have made that big of a difference this season. The Dodgers just pulled Kimbrel out of the closer's job and I'm assuming Graterol is taking over a large portion.

They've got a deep bullpen.

Fun Fact : over the last 3 seasons, Yankee Stadium leads all of MLB in opposite-field line-drive homers hit by RHB, and it's not close.
That's no surprise. But this might be:
Aaron Judge 4 Giancarlo Stanton 3 Luke Voit 2 D.H. LeMahieu 2 Aaron Hicks 1 Glyber Torres 1 Gio Urshela 1 Gary Sanchez 1
Yandy Diaz 1
That's right, a 15 to 1 home-away split.
On the road, Stanton has 4 and LeMahielu 1.
(Stumbled on this while trying to create a player-specific park adjustment method. So far Judge doesn't look like a good fit for Fenway, but that's no surprise.)

LOL at judge not a good fit for fenway. The guy is a pull hitter who hits the ball over 500’. He would eat that green monster alive. 50 home runs and 50 doubles. Some Red Sox fans are delusional

Some Red Sox fans are delusional I think the point would be that if he hits it 500 feet he doesn't benefit from LF at Fenway cuz it'd be gone out of any ballpark.
I also don't think it's right that Judge is a pull hitter. He hits it to all fields. But that means he probably loses more homers on opposite field fly ballls at Fenway than elsewhere. According to baseballsavant he would have 57 expected home runs at Fenway, which would be seventh lowest of all ballparks.

Some Red Sox fans are delusional In addition to the response below I also think you're conflating "not a good fit for Fenway" with "would not play well in Fenway". Aaron Judge would still be a good baseball player in Fenway Park (although I think his numbers here are pretty bad, but that's probably just noise), it's just that Fenway doesn't really play to his strengths as much as some other parks would. I don't think anyone is saying cross Judge off the list of targets entirely for it, but it merits consideration. Using that post to claim some Sox fans are delusional is a little misguided given that you're kinda misinterpreting it, in addition to it being.. well.. ironic.

Over the last 3 seasons Judge is just 6th in MLB in pulled homers by RHB, 3rd in straightaway, and first in opposite field. He has 29, Stanton has 26, and Vlad is 3rd with 19.
And for Fenway you want a guy whose average launch angle on his pulled homers is high. There are 88 RHB who have 20+ pulled homers the last 3 years. Some interesting ranks in highest average launch angle:
4 Bobby Dalbec 20 Trevor Story 21 Xander Bogaerts
43 Hunter Renfoe 51 Aaron Judge
77 Kiké Hernandez (I can recall at least a few homers turned into singles by the Wall)
88 Giancarlo Stanton
Aaron Judge is not going to play the rest of his career in a home park that is below average for his hitting homers. Fenway would have cost him 15 homers in his career so far. It's also been speculated that he'll want a big-market team, worthy of his fame. So Yankees, Dodgers, Angels, White Sox look like credible landing spaces. Of that bunch, the Other Sox would be the best park for his homer totals.
