www.baseball-reference.com/players/b/biggica01.shtmlBiggio seems like a realistic option. Most likely wouldn't cost a lot, seems like a good change of scenery/bounceback candidate, and would make a good left handed platoon with Arroyo and Kiké. The Blue Jays are up against the luxury tax and could be motivated to shed the 2.6 million projected to him to get some breathing room. Also seems a little redundant to have him, Espinal, and Merryfield on the roster at the same time. I think a 1 for 1 trade of Duran or Dalbec seems like a decent starting point. Blue Jays get a young player with upside who fits there roster better, while shedding some crucial payroll and gaining an additional year(s) of control. Red Sox get a more established big leaguer with upside, who fits there roster better and isn't that expensive.

I don't think trades are likely to happen at the big league level between AL East teams any time soon given how competitive the division is. They might flip minor leaguers around, but even Biggio may be too significant a player to move to a rival. I also don't think they'd be overly interested in Dalbec or Duran. They don't have any way to get yet another RHH like Dalbec at-bats with Chapman at 3B, Guerrero at 1B, and Kirk/Jansen at DH. As for Duran, they might be more interested as a bench option, but I think they'd probably rather use Merrifield in the outfield rather than take a chance on an unknown.
