Lauko takes a lot of dumb penalties. Takes a lot of them and draws a lot of them too. Pros and cons of his relentless style. Doesn’t seem to be a high IQ player but his speed/tenacity makes him a decent 4th liner |

They’re showing some physical pushback tonight which is nice, not letting themselves get pushed around
Frederic vs Smith went poorly in the first half and great in the 2nd
And of course the dumbass officials make 2 bad calls on one skirmish against the bruins, impressively incompetent. Called a boarding on mcavoy when the guy spun and an extra roughing on Marchand when he got into a regular dust up with a guy

Zacha's finishing touch seems to be improving this year a bit. It's very encouraging.

Don't like Lohrei being back up already. He needs develoment time and 10 days in Providence ain't it.

Plus Wotherspoon has some sandpaper to him and I think they could use that, especially since one of their more willing combatants in Forbort is out I hope that first period was just shaking the rust off, yeeesh |

Sure the B's were bad in the first but even the B's telecsast went over many blown calls all one way. WTF.

Sloppy at times defensively, Ullmark was great. Zacha left injured so his status will be something to monitor. Already missing McAvoy today.

Good W, but it's pretty obvious lately why this team really isn't elite, despite the record. Ullmark's season has been aggravating. He's making a lot of saves, and a lot of really good saves. But his rebound control has been scary and a lot of the goals he does give up are pretty soft. |

Didn’t deserve to win. Swayman was very good though. Got a point. Overall the goalies have been leaned on a little to much, anyone could have predicted this before the year began. Do we need a true first line center? Do we trade Ulmark? Again both are things I, and many others predicted as a need before the season began. I'm still not convinced where there yet but I do think it should be on everyones radar. |

And the worst one of them all might have been the icing that I think came from over the red line, but which Beecher definitely got to first but they called it anyway, NHL officiating is a joke. |
