Looking at how both Greenville and Salem put their rotations (per milb at least), there are clues as to who may have been promoted.
Greenville is going Jackson, Monegro, Sandlin. They went into the break like this T rain W Sandlin Th (DH) Rogers, Paez F Wehunt Sa Early PB by Mullins Su Monegro
So if they're keeping their rotation, it seems like Jackson is pitching in the rotation slot that could've been filled by Early or Mullins, so I'm thinking it's very possible one or both is up with Portland.
Salem is going Cohen, Ingrassia, Dean. Very similar there compared to last week (and a little surprising Ingrassia and Dean didn't go up - maybe these are their final Salem starts...).
T Dean W O'Donnell PB by Portes Th rain F Duffy PB by Kirwin Sa (DH) Cohen, Sansone Su Ingrassia PB by Steinbaugh
So it seems they're picking up from Saturday as well. Query where Elmer Rodriguez, who was skipped last week, is now though.
That said, it's very possible none of the promotions go official until this weekend if they're not pitching until next week.

Excited for all these guys at the next level, but I’m most excited about Elmer. Feels like he’s outgrown Salem with him dominating in his third year there, but he’s still 20 y/o for another month. Excited for these next steps for all the guys.

Grant Gambrell off the Dev List and getting the start in Worcester. Jason Alexander and Richard Fitts over the weekend.
The Worcester notes have no other transactions, so I'm even more certain we probably will have to wait until Monday for any promotions. I'm going to guess Portland will go Coffey, Dobbins, Wikelman or something. They can get the big 3 back on the roster with just putting Drew Ehrhard back on the Dev list.

DSL Red Sox Red no-hit the DSL Reds (7 inning game).
Yoadrian Beltre and Jeison Payano combined for the no-hitter.

Happy Chansol Lee Day to all those who celebrate! Chansol Lee did not pitch in the FCL game after throwing 1 inning in what I’m pretty sure was his first ever org appearance. Are they being super cautious with him? I hope he didn’t get hurt already, but that would fit with the theme of this season.

FCL Red Sox win it in the 7th. After the Twins tied it 3-3 in the bottom of the 6th, Sox scored twice in the 7th and won 5-3.
Good thing because the Rays are winning 11-1, the Pirates and Tigers also won.
4 games remaining

Are they being super cautious with him? I hope he didn’t get hurt already, but that would fit with the theme of this season. With so few games left I am really not sure if it's meaningful if he pitches or not; they may just have wanted a little data from a real inning (as real as the FCL gets, anyway) and that may have given them what they needed to continue his development plan. FWIW things seemed normal Monday; he was the batboy for Game 1, Adam Bates served in that role for Game 2. (I am a sucker for the "Lawrence of Bed Bath & Beyond" look.)

I am slightly surprised they didn't have at least Mayer start in AAA after the break but in the grand scheme of things it probably won't matter either way. He'll be in AAA sooner than later as well as Anthony and Teel.

Marcelo shows a lot of patience in 2nd an. 5 pitch walk. Took some pitches just a little bit off the plate.

He's had three games with multiple 100s, but this is his first with 3. Also his first game with four Hard Hit balls.
