Lineup: 1) Nava LF 2) Victorino RF 3) Pedroia 2B 4) Ortiz DH 5) Belt 1B 6) Bogaerts SS 7) Lavarnway C 8) Middlebrooks 3B 9) Bradley CF
Bench: 10) Gomes LF 11) Carp 1B/OF 12) Ross C 13) Andino SS/2B/3B
Rotation: 14) 1. Lester LHP 15) 2. Buchholz RHP 16) 3. Lackey RHP 17) 4. Peavy RHP 18) 5. Doubront LHP
Bullpen: 19) Badenhop RHP 20) Wilson RHP 21) Miller LHP 22) Breslow LHP 23) Tazawa RHP 24) Workman RHP 25) Uehara RHP
Trade one of Lackey, Peavy, or Dempster and 1 or 2 prospects to SF for Belt. Sign Robert Andino to a minor league deal. I'd prefer Workman to start, but that's not going to happen unless a spot opens up. I think the Red Sox could afford to trade 2 of their 6 current starters, as RDLR, Ranaudo, Barnes, Britton, Workman, and Webster could easily compete for the last spot and provide adequate depth.

RP 19 Uehara 20 Tazawa 21 Workman 22 Miller 23 Breslow 24 Badenhop 25 Crain
Re-sign Napoli to a 2 yr deal. Trade Dempster for whoever will take him for some prospects. Sign Suzuki to a 1 year deal to split catching duties with Ross. My preference is to wait out Ellsbury and try to sign him for around 5 years 110. If he leaves then the number 1 priority should be to sign Choo. He was the best leadoff hitter last year in OBP, averages around 20 HRs a year, 15-20 steals, and can play LF with a rocket for an arm. Sign Crain for the bullpen and then trade Carp or Nava for a RP or prospect.

Seems like Napoli wants to stay but I think in this market with the series win he is the only one.
Replace from within at catcher, ss, and cf.
Financial flexibility to adjust in June/July.
