JBJ every day.
What a difference 400+ AAA at bats has made.

I think JBJ's arm is even better than it was last year. It is so freaking accurate. He looks like an infielder throwing to a base, but from 3-4 times further away.

Lets not kid ourselves here, Mookie would be helped 0 from AAA. He dominated AAA. The majors has better coaches, better pitchers to face, and is a higher level of talent. The reason prospects need to develop in the minors is that they aren't good enough for the majors yet. The minor leagues don't have some special development power.

Since the month of May, Xander Bogaerts has the highest batting average in the American League: .341

Volquez has gotten away with a couple here. Betts and Ortiz both came feet from putting it on the wall or over it.

What the hell Panda? Have you heard of getting in front of the ball? There was no freaking way he was going to make a tag on that.

WEEI just mentioned that the Red Sox have actually outdrawn the Royals this year. Crowd of 37k tonight at Fenway. We do love our baseball, win or lose, and that's something to be proud of I think. Even in last place, a central pillar of MLB.

Even in last place, a central pillar of MLB. Not only that, I checked the TV ratings a few weeks back. Sox were 6th in % of TV viewers in their market. KC and St. Louis were one and two. That's bad and good. Fans go to the games and watch, win or lose for the Sox.No Matter how bad the product is. Most teams don't have that.

This is a little bit random, but right now Rusney's a better player than Hanley right? Right now Hanley is the worst player in MLB

Looks like JBJ still has a pretty consistent problem with offspeed stuff down out of the zone. Struggles to lay off of it.

We have cleaned up the inside problem, now with 2 strikes he is vulnerable as you noted. He will get better. Same with Shaw. He is pitched high with hard stuff or low with breaking balls once there are 2 strikes.

I think Rodriguez may be hitting a wall. Velo down a bit today, hasn't had swing and miss stuff lately.

Last game he got some but he hasn't had a game where he was getting a lot in quite some time. Not to say he hasn't been managing fine because he has.

C'mon man. One of the hottest hitters on the team and you're bunting him with Hanigan on 1B and Rutledge on deck?
Thank god it didn't work.
What's the record for most XBH in a row?
