The pay for radio doesn't come anywhere near the pay for TV. My guess is the "#2" Red Sox radio guy is paid well, probably toward the top of the league, but maybe not at the top like it probably should be.
Radio pay at every level doesn't come close to the "stature of the job" FWIW
