After 10 years with the site, Jonathan Singer has decided to step down from his position as Senior Digital Correspondent. He and his wife just had their third child and he wants to spend more time with his family. I imagine he'll still be around the Forum. As most of you know, Jon set up the series threads and GameDay threads every day, among other behind the scenes tasks. He'll be missed as part of the Staff.
Just wanted to thank Jon publicly for his contributions and wish him the best of luck in the future!
Mike

Well, we know he can count to three! This small but sincere community thanks you very much for your work. It's just baseball but it's a lot of fun, though not as much fun as watching three little ones scurry around, right?

Your contributions will be missed around the globe. I can't top that one! So I'll just add, especially in Watertown, MA.

Jon. Been mainly a lurker since the days of Cesar saba and the early days of this site. You've been an appreciated member here for a while. I usually don't post but wanted to express my thanks for your work here. Cheers!

To my knowledge, Jon is the only member/poster at SoxProspects with a shoutout from a Hall Of Famer.

I work in politics, and here, leaving a position to "spend more time with his family" is always a euphemism for "about to get his a** fired/about to lose an election." Of course, in this case, we all know that can't be true since we've all benefited so much from jsinger's work over the years and know we'll all miss it.
Thanks, Jon!
