I think it's probably a product of your bad reading comprehension, but you're attaching sentiment to my statement that isn't there. Next time take a deep breath, read better, and try not let your insecurities about David Price and the Red Sox dictate that you spring into kneejerk defense mode. Yeah, clearly you weren't complaining or voicing concern. smh I wasn't complaining, I was starting a discussion. Is it because of him going mostly to cutters? Why during that huge inning did he suddenly stop throwing fastballs? A lot of great minds on this website, and I'd like some insight.

I'd feel a lot better if Carson were available Toronto will be worse. Tazawa gets absolutely murdered by them.

I know Beckett was awesome at times, particularly in 2007 but we haven't had a guy like Price since Pedro in my opinion.

At least 4 runs and 9 hits off Kluber when it's this cold? Couldn't be happier. Can always be happier. (But, I was thinking the same thing.)

... but we haven't had a guy like Price since Pedro in my opinion. I don't think anyone should get compared to Pedro. (Except for a certain flame throwing Latin American teenager)

So who is Chris Young going to PH for this inning when they bring in the lefty?

So who is Chris Young going to PH for this inning when they bring in the lefty? You can PH him for Shaw then swap he and Holt in the field. Doesn't look like they'll take Shaw out though.

Making a sub like that in the 7th with the lead is not Farrell's MO. Not surprised he didn't. Horrible call on that K

has Farrell fallen asleep? why not Young for Holt? Because Holt vs. Detweiler was a better matchup than Young vs. whatever RHP was going to come in to face him.

Does anyone know if MLB.tv includes MiLB.TV? It should. You should get an email with a 50% discount off MiLB. It's only about $25 with MLB.

Nice inning for Taz. Astros break tie w/Yankees in top of 8th. Potentially a very happy day.

Wrong. I'd take Young vs. Joba anytime instead of Holt (or Shaw) vs. Detwiler

Turned on the game and the first minute of listening to Dave O'Brien was literally better than any minute of Orsillo's career.

2 walks for Swihart. Nice to see.
Follow that up with a bunt and Swihart steal attempt. Not nice to see.

Wrong. I'd take Young vs. Joba anytime instead of Holt (or Shaw) vs. Detwiler Wrong sounds a little wrong when you go take 5 seconds to look at the splits. It wasn't Joba who was ready in the bullpen either, who would have been a terrible pitcher to bring in with the bases loaded. And of course Francona knew that.
