Do we no longer have a projected starters thread? Did I hear this info is listed elsewhere on the site? Sorry and thanks.

It was surprisingly a real pain to update compared to the limited number of users who even used it. For what it's worth, we try to keep the rotations on the Rosters page (http://www.soxprospects.com/org.htm) in order.

Using milb.tv to watch Benintendi AB's only, not much interest the rest of that Portland roster.

Start bets on how long before the chorus starts shouting that Beni is not being challenged in AA, and he needs to move up to the next level or 2 right away!

Follows that up with an RBI double off the top of the right field wall.

Doesnt look like we're gonna see many of those 5 AB games from Beni that we saw in Salem, not with that offense in Portland.

If Coyle can stay healthy, Portland has a pretty strong top of the order with Ramos, Coyle, Beni and Freiman. In a month or so, we have to assume they'll be joined by Moncada and possibly Dubon - will be interesting to see how the offense evolves at that point.

Yeah, I think Coyle is a good boost to that team. It's too bad that Coyle has turned into an org guy, but he can hit AA pitching.

Bobby Poyner should probably be moved up the ladder. 23 yo reliever carving up SAL hitters this year.

My man Keith Couch with 8 very solid innings on his campaign for that 5th spot in Boston, bringing his AA ERA down to 0.90. It could happen.

If Sean O'Sullivan can get major league innings I'm of the mind that a literal couch could eventually claim the same. Every pitch Benintendi sees in the minors is a wasted pitch.

No, but the offense in Portland will look better with Beni there, and when Moncada comes up in a month or two it could look a lot better. Not that the runs per game in AA really matters but a lineup with Beni, Moncada, Witte, and Romanski should at the very least result in a few less 0 run 1 run games for the Sea Dogs. If they were really concerned with how many at bats he's getting per game (I doubt they are) and wanted to get him MLb ready for later this year they could just bat him first.
