Papi's now is 11th in the all time Doubles leaders list! Next stop? Hank Aaron.

Barnes or Ross should be pitching here. Or Noe Ramirez if he's still up. Not Tazawa.

Hmmm, one of your key pen arms just had TJ surgery and we now know the top 3 in the pen are going to need heavier workloads....
Why not waste a Tazawa outing on a 10-3 game in the 9th?
Ugh................so dumb.

Tazawa is warming? What the F? With Buccholz pitching tomorrow! I swear, the best trade this team can do is fire Mr Moran. I was wondering how someone can make something negative about this and you didn't let me down!

Papi's now is 11th in the all time Doubles leaders list! Next stop? Hank Aaron. And that's about it. Aaron at 624 and Wagner at 640. I think Yaz is safe at 646. But who knows? This is Papi.

Taz got the nasty curve with that split also. Hope we don't burn him out.

Lol at the Tazawa outrage. I thought it would be Fanatic, and I expected it from eights, but the rest of you? Gutless!

You would think Farrell as a former pitching coach would understand the concept of not wearing out your best relievers in low leverage situations.

If he is an arm that needs to be used to be ready I agree. If he is burning his arm out to win a 10-3 game, I don't agree. I guess it depends on what you think he is doing.

According to Fangraphs, Tazawa hasn't pitched since the 21st and prior to that the 18th. When a team is scoring runs like the Sox it has to be difficult to keep your top guys ready. Yesterday Koji, today Tazawa. If we have a blowout tomorrow we might see Kimbrel.

Barnes or Ross should be pitching here. Or Noe Ramirez if he's still up. Not Tazawa. Barnes pitched yesterday, so using him would be the worst option. Tazawa piched four days ago, Ross five... so yeah probably should have been Ross? I refuse to check to see if Noe is on the roster.

Brian MacPherson @brianmacp 2m2 minutes ago Farrell: Pedroia felt cramping in his right hamstring. Bogaerts got his thumbnail bent halfway back. Hanigan was dealing with dizziness.

He's hit 21 in 46 team games (42 of which he has played in). He's on a pace to hit 74. Yaz may not be so safe.

As a member here @ SoxProspects it brings a big smile to my face watching the Swihart-Bradley-Betts celebration thing at the end of these games.
