Pawsox roster is listed as 24/25. Does anyone know what the corresponding move will be? Marban or McCarthy off the DL? Janssen or Decker signed?

FWIW, it's not weird for them to be under the roster limit for short periods of time, especially if they have rehabbers who don't count. There's no point in filling the roster spot for a day or two with a guy who isn't going to play if they know it's only a few games. Remember that all of the position players play and they don't use relievers situationally, so you can easily make due with 24, which was the maximum roster size for the minors actually until about 2012 or so.

Thanks for that info, that all makes sense.

In June Benintendi had hit 70% fly balls + line drives on his 37 balls hit

Moncada not in the lineup tonight. Probably driving to Bowie for tomorrow night's game.

No Moncada, No Devers, No Chavis... big moves being made today or just coincidence?

I doubt Devers is going anywhere. Moncada or Chavis on the other hand...

Portland held on to win 5-4 in 10. The Dogs picked off three runners, 2 by Stank, 1 by Rosario.

I'd love to see Chandler Shepherd up to AAA in the upcoming weeks. He's been really good in the Sea Dogs closing role.

Henry Ramos coming up to be the 4th outfielder would be a nice story.

No Moncada, No Devers, No Chavis... big moves being made today or just coincidence? If I were a farm director, I would totally send out a memo to minor league managers to coordinate players days off just to mess with people and start promotions rumors. This is reason number 8,415 why it would be a bad idea to hire me as a farm director. I'd love to see Chandler Shepherd up to AAA in the upcoming weeks. He's been really good in the Sea Dogs closing role. Yes. I agree strongly with this.

Favorite DSL line on the young season from Warlyn Guzman today. Three no-hit innings, four strikeouts, four walks, three wild pitches, one run allowed, and the win.

I'd love to see Chandler Shepherd up to AAA in the upcoming weeks. He's been really good in the Sea Dogs closing role. It's getting to the point where Wesley Wright and Roman Mendez being the reason he's not in Triple-A is just plain stupid. Make room for him at this point and see if he can help this season.
