Chad Hardy made his debut as a pinch hitter. Played RF after pinch hitting.
AAlan Marreo with a HR, but also his 4th passed ball in 5 games. Also allowed 3 SB.

Through 5, Salem has scored 6 runs on 3 singles and 11 walks. Do we attribute this to excellent team strike zone judgement or plate discipline ?

Anybody else have the pleasure of catching one of our fearless leaders on 98.5 The SportsHub tonight? Driving along and I hear an intelligent voice talking about Mookie's ascent through the minors and the value of Benny/Moncada...Is this a regular thing Hatfield?

I was tuning into the station and recognized his voice right away. Great stuff. I think when ever joe murray is hosting the the show he likes to get chris hatfield on, he is a big fan of the site i believe, I am not sure if adam jones has ever had him on.

So remind me, does Trey's stroke have gap power, or is he more of a slasher?

He had a nice ERA for a while, but the entire season (and his entire career), he's had the same problems: not enough strikeouts, too many walks.

Yeah, Joe has me on when he hosts. Did Jones' show when he was middays at ESPN once. Glad folks caught it!
