You just ruined Don Caballero's day I'm gonna go ahead and guess my man Keith Couch scratched himself from the game to avoid getting traded. It's that Costanza move, if she can't reach me then she can't break up with me.

Josh Ock apparently hit a 485 foot home run tonight. Be care Josh, you might be the next contestant on that Summer Jam screen.

So, Brian Johnson looked pretty good tonight It would be ironic if Pomeranz pitches badly and the team turns to BJ to save the season like Shaw did instead of Sandoval or JBJ instead of Castillo.

I think Portland is confused. Game delay for lightning. Maybe it was just Moncada running.

It would be ironic if Pomeranz pitches badly and the team turns to BJ to save the season like Shaw did instead of Sandoval or JBJ instead of Castillo. Drew Pomeranz is a 27 year old LHP that has been improving over the past 3 seasons with some notable mechanics adjustments. Sandoval is an aging fat third baseman that never should have been signed in the first place and Castillo came over from the friggin Cuban league. This comparison makes no sense.

Moncada with a hit and 2 BB. He stole 3 bases and was picked off once (2B). He's going to be a lot of fun to watch.

I think he should slow down with the baserunning/stealing while he is in the minors, what else does he have to prove?

So, Brian Johnson looked pretty good tonight He should dominate that level right? The guy went 10-2 with a 1.75 ERA in 20 starts in Double-A Two years ago.

Sandoval was 27 when he signed with a much proven record than DP's, castillo was also 27 with tools that led the team to give the largest contract ever given to a cuban player. Pomeraz never pitched more than 150 innings (minor league ball included) and has only 3 months history of high level performance so no, the comparison makes sens.

He is a big kid for a 20-year-old.

Farrell could take a lesson from Carlos Febles, you roll with your Ace coming out of the break!!! (shameless "like button" hunting from the Couch Fanclub) With his first half all-star performance, Wright could be considered the "ace".
