I was saying that i wouldn't give Hanley anything to hit, at 3-1. So GLAD he did.
Surprised it took them so long to get to Sabathia, but Sox right back in it.
Stay HOT Hanley!!

Like that the crowd made some noise before the home run. Makes it that much cooler.

Now is when the pen needs to give us a shutdown inning. If we can keep this no worse than a one-run game going into the late innings, you know the Yankees will start thinking "how are we gonna lose this one?"

They showed his mechanics are off the last 2 starts Bottom line is Pomeranz has two wins with us. Same as o'sullivan! Have to wonder if whatever he was taking anti-inflammatories for is acting up. You want to hope it's not structural, but he's been streaky for sure.

I say rearrange those digits: 21-1. The highlight of this series for me actually came as a result of missing Hanley's walkoff. I changed the station. ARGH! When I found out what happened though I went online to find a replay of the end. As it happened, the replay I found was from YES. :-) The announcer was in total depression, I thought he might cry. From memory "This was the worst loss of the season for the Yankees. ... This is a loss the Yankees will not forget. ... I know I'll never forget it." It made up for not seeing it live. Sweep. PLEASE SWEEP! Funny, I had the same experience. The YES call just warmed my heart.

Shaw and Hill with back to back base knocks is a huge difference maker.

Yes sir. Nice piece of hitting by JBJ on a 1-2 count.
Now lets put up a big crooked number here.

Well....still a tie game. Like Farrell going to Ortiz there. Gonna be a long game.

Holy s**t what a catch by Mookie, his range is incredible. Ziegler kind of didn't have anything tonight so lucky breaks this inning thus far.

First, that's an amazing catch.
Second, I had no idea DRS liked Mookie that much. One more line on his MVP resume.

Robbie Scott - hello! Abad - don't let the door hit ya in the butt - and don't let him in this game!. (thinking he can take Drew with him).

John Farrell seems to have absorbed Joe Girardi's powers.
