Highlights for me: - They narrowed #23 down to Ellsbury, Trevor Crowe, and Cliff Pennington (I think we knew this, at least on Ellsbury and Crowe?)
- They didn't think Hansen was even going to fall to 23, never mind 26.
- McLeod kind of wanted to take Buchholz at 26 because he was scared the Dodgers would pick him. Also the Sox and Dodgers were the only teams in on him, and McLeod was kind of on an island on Buchholz within the FO (at least in how much he wanted him).
- Getting away from the process led to the massive mistake of taking Jonathan Egan over Chase Headley in the second round (now there's a "what if"...).
